Drum separator Lite
The Drum separator Lite is a smaller and simplified brother of the Walair standard drum separator and is produced in widths of 800 till 1400 mm. The separator can separate a waste stream in two waste streams, one consists of heavy parts and one stream of light waste.

3-way Drum separator
The Walair 3-way drum separator is used in the Recycling industry. For several kind of waste CDI, MSW, RDF, Compost, Bio compost etc etc. The separator separates a waste stream in 3 waste streams, namely heavy, middle heavy and light fraction. For example stone,wood, paper and plastic.
Material Separators
The Walair material separators are used in the Recycling industry. They remove the transport air stream of the separated waste and drop the waste pressure less on a conveyor a bunker. The material outlet is equipted with a special design rotary valve.
Rotating separator
The Walair Rotary separator replaces much bulkier cyclones of material separators. The design concist of a large diameter rotary valve couple with a heavy-duty perforrated screen combines within a single encloser. Capacities from 5000 m3/h till 70.000 m3/h.
Fans
Walair Separation systems produces a range of around 125 fans. From low pressure till high pressure fans, with capacities till 125.000 m3/h. The Walair fans are the most used in the recycling industry, where our airseparators play an important role.
Dust filters
Walair Separation Systems produces a large range of dust filters. From semi till full continuous cleaning, with capacities till 150.000 m3/h. A part of the produced dustfilters are used for the Walair Separation systems and dus extraction systems.
Conveyors
For the Walair separation systems Walair produces a range of flat conveyor’s. Widths of 600 mm till 2300 mm. Most conyeyor’s are specially made for our Air and Drum separators which are used in the recycling industry.
