Hout recycling
Voor de hout recycling levert Walair installaties om lichte verontreiniging, bestaande uit o.a. papier, plastic en folie te verwijderen uit een geshredderde houtfractie. Hiervoor kunnen de Walair luchtscheiders en drumscheiders worden toegepast.
Voor een sterk verontreinigde houtfractie past Walair de 3-weg scheider toe. Deze verwijdert eerst de verzwaarde delen, zoals stenen, ijzer, glas, enz. Daarna worden bij de tweede drumscheider de papier, plastic en folie delen verwijderd. Blijft er daarna nog een restfractie achter in de houtfractie, dan kan deze d.m.v. een optische scheider verwijderd worden. Ook worden momenteel behoorlijke vorderingen gemaakt met verwijdering van mdf en geschilderd hout. Ook stof afzuiginstallaties en stofbeheersing installaties worden door Walair voor de houtrecycling geleverd.
